We Can refurbishes a range of pumps including lobe, centrifugal, metering and gear pumps. Typically, a pump we have refurbished will perform like new, but at a fraction of the cost of purchasing a new pump.

We machine the original housing to restore it to a near new state. We then make new customised internals to achieve clearances similar to the original manufacture. On request, we can include either new or refurbished shafts, gears, seals or bearings.

In addition, we have developed a number of solutions to improve maintenance and longevity of pumps with lubrication systems and replacement seal cartridges

The pumps we have refurbished have been used for products with varying degrees of viscosity such as:

We also hold a range of common parts for pumps when critical spares are required. We also stock a small supply of refurbished pumps suitable for immediate exchange.
