| We have an extensive library of parts and can produce spares in a short space of time. Any part that isn't carried as standard can be made to exacting specifications and added to our library.
We specialise in manufacturing parts to fit your environment, including designing parts to fit the specific size of the animals you process, or reengineering parts to fit your maintenance regime. Over the years, we have been asked to make replacement parts for many different machinery brands, resolving sourcing difficulties, reducing cost, eliminating OEM (Original Equipment Manufacturer) part defects, and / or reducing lead times. When defects in the design of OEM parts cause unplanned machine downtime, we investigate the problem, identify the cause and redesign the part to resolve the problem. We can also continue to supply parts after the OEM has discontinued supply of a machine or parts, enabling our customers to continue using machinery that would otherwise be rendered obsolete. |
