| The key feature of our business that has allowed us to become a leading provider of industrial engineering solutions is our blend of machinery, software and people. |
| |
We Can Machinery:
- For the manufacture of complex parts involving a combination of turning, milling, hobbing and three dimensional profiling, we use state-of-the-art multitasking and five-axis machines. We continually invest in the latest machining technology and this enables us to manufacture complex parts more cost effectively and accurately than traditional machines.
-
The capability of our workshop comes from the range of complimentary machines we employ, and this allows us to undertake projects most other precision engineering companies can't. We have machines for turning, milling, boring, honing, slotting, gear shaping, gear hobbing, surface and cylindrical grinding, welding and sawing.

We Can Software:
-
Our state-of-the-art drafting (CAD) and manufacturing (CAM) software enables us to turn design concepts into detailed computerised models, and then into CNC code to drive the manufacturing process quickly and efficiently. This technology significantly reduces time from design to production, eliminates errors, and is more repeatable and accurate than traditional practices.
-
By using advanced computer modelling techniques we can optimise the design, material selection and finishing processes to eliminate known points of failure. The majority of We Can redesigned parts outperform the original parts.
-
To maintain a high standard of quality control, we use Power Inspect to measure the finished part against the original computer model.
|
We Can People:
-
We have a diverse range of people with the qualifications, skills and experience to design and make parts for a wide variety of applications.
-
We continually train our staff to ensure we have competent and skilled employees working with the latest techniques.
